Selection tools in photoshop:

Lasso Tool:

The lasso tool enables you to choose the precise areas of an image by drawing or tracing the selection outline.

Rectangular Marquee Tool:

The Rectangular Marquee tool is used for making rectangular selections within an picture.

Quick Selection Tool:

Quick Selection tool to quickly “paint” a selection using an adjustable round brush tip.

Photoshopping Tools: My experience using the Photoshop app  was a very good experience I used a lasso tool and magical want to edit and change my photo  I also used adjustment to change my photo colours using photo shop  you can edit and change your pictures. I combined two different animal  pictures  and combined them together to create an hybrid.

Abstract Photo Experimentation:

Hybrid Adjective:

This is an adjective that describes my hybrid  that I created of an dog and owl combined together. First of all I wrote the word adorable and then used the lasso tool which selected the word and made a layer so then I could add the picture behind which then I got the picture of the dog I used in my hybrid and got an picture from the internet from the owl,I put them together and made as the background to create  an adjective describing my hybrid of the dog and owl.

Hybrid portrait collage:

This picture is an hybrid portrait of a picture of another human and i cut out pieces of her face and added some different shapes and color creating another hybrid.

Continuous Line Drawing:

Hybrid Shape Animal:

This is an art of using different shapes  and to represent different definitions. 

In this drawing i used a  zebra's body outline and inside i did used circles which means continuous movement and softness.


I chose to draw circles in the zebra because i think zebra represents continuous  movements meaning zebra's are always walking and moving  and also when you touch them they are soft to touch.

I also used lines in the back two part of the legs just as a  basic pattern and to make it unique.

This is my first drawing of the observational drawing just  by observing the object.

This is the second drawing using the grid and measurements.

          This is the aftermath of using the grid and using the measuring method and i feel like it has helped me and i could have improved it more better than i have already have done.

Measured Portrait Drawing :

This is a measured portrait which is the to starting of the to creating a mask which is made to fit my face. 

I started off the drawing by measuring my face with a paper stick to get my eyes, nose,lips in the correct line and shape to create the form of my face.(This is the first stage of creating my mask)

Hybrid Mask

This is my hybrid mask it is not finished yet I made this mask by starting of  drawing a portrait of myself to get the measurement of my nose , eyes and lips. So I can breath and see through properly when I put the mask on to fit my face.
